Zip folder password
A variant goes like this: You create a zip folder, just by clicking the right mouse button "new" and selects "ZIP compressed folders" button. It moves the files into it, that would make the man. Then you open the zipped folder and go up on the menu "File". This shows the option to create a password. This created one and it has been password-protected folder.
PGP encryptionAnother method works on a program that can be downloaded from the Internet. It's called "Pretty Good Privacy", briefly called PGP. Here, using a key reworked the cryptographic files so that you can no longer recognize the original contents of the file. This works later only for the person who has the appropriate key, with which he can read the file. The key must be sufficiently long so-called "brute force" attacks that compromise which in turn will use a program to systematically tried different keys.
Other programsApart from PGP to encrypt files are also other programs available, including Advanced File Security Basic. This is very convenient because it integrates itself into Internet Explorer and allows a fast and convenient encryption. AxCrypt works similarly, Safeguard Private Crypto, Blowfish Advanced CS TrueCrypt, open PGP and Gnu PG gpg4win, all free and easy programs.
